Yayoi graduated from the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS) in 1988 and has been living and working in Singapore since 2002. She made a career switch in 2015 to join an insurance agency after being amazed by the usefulness of insurance plans as tools, alongside a strong desire to help others. However, she soon felt uncomfortable after seeing how those tools were being sold without actually helping people, so much so that she decided to leave the industry despite the penalty it incurred.
弥生さんは1988年に東京外国語大学（TUFS）を卒業し、2002年からシンガポールで生活・仕事をしています。自身の手術・入院を経験したことがきっかけで日本とは異なる保険プランの有用性に感銘を受け、人々の役に立ちたいという強い思いから2015年にはキャリアチェンジをし、保険代理店に入社しました。しかし、顧客のためにならない販売手法に疑問を感じ、違約金が発生するにもかかわらず、一旦は業界を離れる決意をしました。
Fate later brought her to encounter Highlife Advisory, an agency specialising in estate planning. Yayoi experienced feelings of certainty and exhilaration, listening to the why, how, and what Highlife does for their clients, tearing in joy with the realisation that she had finally found a place she could do exactly what she wanted to do. After joining Highlife, she obtained the AEPP® (Associate Estate Planning Practitioner) qualification and has been serving clients since then.
しかしその後、運命に導かれるように、エステートプランニングを専門とするHighlife Advisoryと出会います。Highlifeの理念や何を大事にしているかなどを聞き、魂が震え、感動し、気づいたら涙が溢れて止まりませんでした。ついに、本当に自分がやりたかったことを実現できる場所を見つけたのです。AEPP®（公認相続計画士）の資格も取得し、以来クライアントに寄り添ったサービスを提供し喜ばれています。常に「目の前の人のために何ができるか」を心に留めて行動しています。
Yayoi loves analysing and strategising for clients. She truly enjoys helping them attain clarity in life and peace of mind through Highlife’s unique mechanism – the Box of Wishes®. Being Japanese with a deep understanding of the advantages of the financial tools she has access to, she helps both Singaporean and Japanese clients attain their hopes, goals, and dreams. Overall, she wishes for all her clients to stay inspired and motivated, shining brightly in their life, worry-free and happy.
With an eye for detail, a love for big-picture planning, and a passion to help people enjoy life, Yayoi strives to deliver financial confidence to all, helping every individual realise their dreams and shine living.
彼女は、クライアントのために分析し、戦略を立てることを楽しんでいます。Highlifeの「ボックス・オブ・ウィッシュズ®」を通じ、クライアントが人生の明確さと心の平穏を得られるようサポートできることにやりがいを感じています。シンガポールの金融ツールに精通しており、ローカルのクライアントだけではなく、特に日本人クライアントにはその強みを生かしたプランニングで喜ばれています。保険や投資だけでなく、遺書やLPA（任意後見契約）なども含めた包括的なプランニングが好評です。

Naturally curious and courageous, Yayoi enjoys challenging herself with anything new, taking on adventures in new places. On Highlife’s family trip to Bali, she even tried surfing for the first time, despite being almost 50! Yayoi also enjoys baking, cooking for the Highlife family, and playing with her furkids at home.
好奇心旺盛で勇敢な弥生さんは、新しいことに挑戦し、新しい場所での冒険を楽しんでいます。Highlifeの旅行でバリを訪れた際には、50歳近くにもかかわらず初めてサーフィンに挑戦しました。また、お菓子作りや料理が好きで、Highlifeの仲間に料理を振る舞ったり、自宅でペットたちと遊ぶ時間も楽しんでいます。
