Executive Estate Planner,
Community Leader
Before stepping into financial consultancy, Janice spent the first half of her career in service-driven roles — from working with a Christian dance organisation, where she wore many hats across curriculum development, training, and running her own distribution business, to connecting with people daily in the café world. Across every role, one thing remained constant: a deep commitment to people and helping them thrive.
A Psychology graduate with a strong research background, Janice brings sharp critical thinking and analytical skills to everything she does. This foundation gives her the ability to look beyond the surface, ask the right questions, and think through complex situations with clarity — qualities that translate naturally into understanding people and their financial needs.
That same purpose is what drew Janice to Highlife. In a field that can often feel solutions-centred, she was drawn to a company that puts people first — because that’s always been her approach too. Janice loves connecting with people from all walks of life, taking the time to truly understand their needs before talking about solutions.
Having faced her own financial challenges, she knows firsthand how overwhelming money decisions can feel, and how life-changing it is when things become clear. From building financial confidence to estate planning, Janice journeys with her clients throughout every stage of life — ensuring their goals are met and their final wishes realised.
She’s not just a consultant. She’s a partner for the long road ahead.
Outside of work, Janice leads an active and community-centered life. She is a dedicated member of her church’s dance ministry, where she trains in the use of tambourine and banners in worship. A natural connector, Janice has a genuine passion for travel and embraces the opportunity to learn from people of diverse cultures and backgrounds. In her downtime, she enjoys cooking, baking, and exploring her love of food — always with a good cup of coffee nearby. She is also a proud dog lover.
