OVERVIEW
Wills often come to be associated with negative feelings, and images of death or superstitions. But beyond these perceptions, wills are undoubtedly a useful part of life.
Contrary to public belief, making a will is not just for the rich or old. Anyone who acquires assets (e.g. a house, bank account, shares, etc.) should consider making one as part of their overall Estate Plan. Without a will, one’s estate may end up in the wrong hands or be dissipated by expenses.
This engaging 60-minutes webinar will share more on the importance of making a will, dispel misconceptions, while covering legal and practical aspects behind it. The session will be conducted by Joseph Rozario, MBA, APP, Certificate in Law (Estate Planning).
