Before Meeting Ramona and Huishan, What were your concerns? What did it feel like?

Before meeting Ramona & Huishan, we knew a thing or two about Will & LPA. As part of my job, I am dealing with LPA advice for loved ones with a loss in mental capacity. I have also worked at Public Trustee Office doing online submission for deceased families, claiming CPF & assets up to $50k only, and anything above that requiring a Will. I understood all these but was ignorant & not too bothered about it.

How did you get to know Ramona and Huishan? Why did you decide to engage in their services?

Ramona is my close relative & she recommended us to attend the webinar on Estate Planned Will. Both Ramona & Huishan have been awesome, detailed, and precise in their explanations, which were very detailed & precise. I initially had difficulty understanding the complexities in this matter, but Ramona & Huishan explained in simpler terms for a layman to understand.

Both Ramona & Huishan have been very helpful in addressing all our concerns, as we had no idea that drafting a Will involved many intricate details to consider. After going through this thorough process, we feel a great sense of relief. After having heard about Wills for years, we finally completed ours, along with the Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) as advised by Ramona. Completing these important and crucial tasks bring us a profound sense of relief.
